CDC Updates Guidance-Minor Relief for Employers
Last month, the CDC updated their safety guidance providing minor relief for employers. Outside of the workplace, vaccinated people can now visit with other vaccinated people without mask or social distancing. In the workplace, employers benefit from CDC’s newest update as vaccinated employees exposed to a person who tests positive for COVID are no longer required to quarantine unless showing symptoms or ordered to quarantine by a health professional. Masking and social distancing guidance remain.

Free salary data is everywhere provided your looking and searching in the right places. For start, if needing basic wage data, look no further than the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) at www.bls.gov The BLS tracks wages on 800 plus positions. The website is free. Other free searches include website searches, Websites like Glassdoor, Salary.com, and others provide basic salary data. Another good source is to review local and national classified job ads. Websites like Indeed.com frequently have job postings that include salary data and salary ranges at various organizations.
