- Per Conference Board, the median total US salary increase budgets for 2022 are 3.00 percent, the same percentage as the previous eleven years. The 3% is accross all epmployment categories.
- WorldAtWork’s survey- reporting a 3.3% salary budget increase for 2022.
- HRandFriends.org salary center- forecasting a 2.5% for governments and a 3.3% for private sector.
